    1. BCS provides Christian education for children, pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Abeka and Bob Jones University Christian curriculum materials are used in the traditional classroom setting.
    2. The school is affiliated with the Keystone Christian Education Association of Christian Schools.
    3. BCS is an approved non-public school in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. About 80 percent of the graduates go on to institutes of higher learning.

Children who reach the age of 5 by Sept. 1 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. A copy of the child's birth certificate, baptism and health records in addition to completion of a registration form and submission of registration fees are required.
  • History: The Sisters of Saints Cyril and Methodius from nearby Danville, PA founded St. Columba School in 1954. Currently, this Catholic elementary school offers a complete curriculum with state certified teachers in Preschool through Grade 6. All are lay faculty with the exception of Second Grade who are taught by a religious of the same order as the founding sisters. St. Columba School proudly celebrates it’s 50th anniversary with plans to reopen Grade 7 for the 2004-2005 school year and Grade 8 in 2005-2006.
